Baklava Sherbet Production Plant

Baklava Sherbet Production Plant has been put into operation for baklava sherbet production in 1 l plastic and 18 tin packages for baklava type desserts. 60 Tons of products can be produced in tin package and 8 tons can be produced in plastic bottles per day. Baklava syrup, developed for baklava and oven baked shredded pastry with pistachio filling in thick syrup angel’s hair dessert type of desserts, baklava syrup is produced from sugar without additives.

Sweet Sherbet Production Plant

Sweet sherbet is produced to be used in desserts with milk, cakes, jelly and similar candy products, in 1 l plastic and 18 l tin packages. Crystallization of sugar does not occur in products, it is used in (beverages, fruit candy, etc.). It has been decontaminated of harmful microorganisms by pasteurization process.
