By-product emerging during bioethanol production in Çumra Sugar Integrated Plant is converted into an environment friendly fertilizer. As a result of the “zero waste production” understanding, Organic Fertilizer Production Unit which we established in 2010 within the structure of Bioethanol Plant, operates with 2.000 tons of annual capacity. In here, we produce plant origin organic fertilizer Biovin and BiovinPlus which is Konya Şeker’s latest innovative agricultural product and can be used in organic farming. Biovin and Biovin Plus provide the most ideal environment for protection of human health and environment, development of agriculture and growth of healthy seeds.

Biovin and Biovin Plus which are plant origin liquid organic substance, are viscous and liquid plant extract consisting of concentrated plant extracts. Biovin and Biovin Plus contain elements such as nitrogen, potassium, humic acid and fulvic acid within themselves because they are concentrated solution of plant sap. Also, products needed by soil and plants are formed with production of orgamineral liquid fertilzer enriched with elements such as iron, zinc, phosphor, boron in Liquid Fertilizer Production Plant. By this way, Biovin and Biovin Plus which allow water and air to remain in soil for a long time, stands out with its quality and price advantages when compared to its equivalent products.

Biovin and Biovin Plus which provide higher productivity in agricultural production and allow farmers to earn more from the product with this feature, also enable sustainable development in agriculture by protecting soil for a long time. Biovin and Biovin Plus allow water retention in light soil and allow soil to stay moist because of being plant origin liquid organic fertilizer. It can be applied to the base before planting and can be injected into the system in any irrigation system (sprinkler, drip irrigation etc.) in required amount.
