Currently having a capacity of 1000 TONS PER DAY AND APPROXIMATELY 350.000 TONS PER YEAR , the factory will have reached a capacity of 500.000 TONS PER YEAR when the additional plant having a capacity of 400TONS PER DAY is commissioned in January 2013. Besides, at the plant with a raw material storage capacity of 80.000 tons, current hourly capacity of the corn drying plant will be increased to 50 TONS PER HOUR. Thus, work of farmers planting corn as a plant which is planted more and more in the region, will be made easier. Pellet and granular feed produced in the feed mill are cooked by high thermal processing and starch digestion is improved in feed . We also have a Feed R&D unit aiming to produce high quality feed for our producers as well as a team of experts which closely keep up with the developments in feed technology and animal husbandry.

The main purpose of production at the feed mill is to stick to the principle of FIFO (First-In-First-Out); samples taken from each vehicle entering in the site of factory are subject to physical and chemical analyses within scope of the quality assurance process for raw material input ; and according to the results of the analyses, criteria of acceptance, rejection or conditional acceptance are applied to such raw material. Raw materials accepted in the factory are stored in appropriate silos. Samples are taken also from the raw material and finished products and thus an interim control is performed. With the NIR device in our laboratory, analysis result for a product sample from required control points can be obtained within 30 seconds. The pellets produced are subjected to pellet durability and breakage tests to ensure that highly durable and elastic pellets are produced. Sample is taken from each batch of feed produced and kept as replicate sample in the appropriate storehouses for 3 months.

Despite of Turkey is one one the most important countries in the world, total bee colony existence and gross honey production, honey production is way too less as we wanted for per bee colony. There are some different factors in bee breeding business. Race choice, climate and flora, bee care, nutrion and bee health are one of the most significant points on bee breeding. For raising the performance, biggest job is on beekeeper and his/her breeding methods. Beekeepers must know bees and bees' biological needs very well and meet their requirements for this purpose.


In beekeeping business is up to, like all production businesses, maximizing the profit with minimized expense. For this purpose beekeepers always needs to have most powerful and healtier colonies. BEES FEEDING
Bee colonies need to be fed properly for healthy living and productivity of honey production on certain periods of a year. However quantity and periods of feeding influences quality of honey. It is quite possible to have high quality and quantity of honey from the colony if beekeepers start to feed their colonies on early springs with a steady feeding before periods of main nectar flows.


 
Modern beekeeping technic; makes it mandatory a nutrition programme(at spring and autumn) to raise the efficiency of bee colonies with nutritional supplement for bee colonies which have food shortages, providing some medicine and vitamines or encouraging queen bee for laying the eggs and to start nesting faster. However nutrition programme in spring can effect on quality and quantity of honey. For this reason nutrition programme for bee colonies must ended before periods of main nectar flows


 
Principles of Bee Colony Feeding;

  • Feeding needs to be made in evening hours and syrup shouldn't be poured around.
  • It will be better to feed the colony with small amount and frequantly instead of once and abundantly.
  • Beehives should not be open long time during the feeding.
  • Bee food should be given inside of beehives with cases and should not be feeding outside of beehives.

WHY SHOULD WE USE OF PASTEURAZED LIQUID BEE FOOD?
  • Beekeepers can use a diet with their colonies including honey, sugar syrup, dry sugar and bee cake which are includes only sucroses, bees can use with ease and more efficient pasteurazed liquid bee food which includes fructose, glucose and sucroses instead of other sucroses syrups.
